The Senior Solution Architect is a critical technical role within the mywage enterprise client programme team. This is primarily a hands-on, delivery-focused position responsible for designing the end-to-end integration architecture, owning the solution design across all Wave 1 features, and ensuring that technical decisions made during discovery are faithfully translated into a robust, scalable implementation.

The role sits at the intersection of product, integration, and payroll domain expertise. The Senior Solution Architect works closely with the client's technical stakeholders — including the team managing the client's enterprise front-office platform, ERP integration developers, and VMS operations — and with the mywage CTO and development team to resolve outstanding open items, produce detailed feature specifications, and validate build outputs against the agreed architecture.
